Nick Ochoa is the founder of NEOFilm Productions and one of the three co-founders of By The Seat of My Pants Moving Picture Company. Nick has been writing, directing, and editing his own films since 2003, although he got his start by writing, directing, producing, and acting in a hit sketch comedy play for his high school called Sketches in "C" Major. He went on to win an award at the 2007 Santa Barbara International Film Festival for "Best Produced Short Screenplay" in 2007 for his work on the short film project Open Toes. Nick completed his education from the University of California, Santa Barbara, in three years and graduated with a B.A. in Film and Media Studies. He currently resides in north Orange County and is planning to move to Los Angeles in the fall.

Jonathan Glassman co-founded By The Seat of My Pants Productions in 2006 with his brother, Matthew Glassman, however he had previously worked with Nick Ochoa as co-director and co-producer of Sketches in "C" Major. Jon has acted as producer and production manager for all of Nick's LA/Orange County projects, including Vincent Lin Must Die! and The Pretentious and The Belligerent, not to mention lending his acting talent to these and several other projects as well. Jon is currently in his final year of undergraduate studies in Engineering at the University of California, Irvine, and will move on to graduate school in the fall.
Matthew Glassman first began working with Nick as a member of the featured cast during Sketches in "C" Major. Over the next two years, Matt studied and learned many aspects of cinematography on his own and proved invaluable to the filming of Vincent Lin Must Die!, where he did nearly all of the camera work in addition to acting again in a minor roll. Recently he did all of the cinematography on The Pretentious and The Belligerent, while still reprising his original roll from the sketch that the film was based on. Matthew is currently in his third year at the California Institute of Technology, studying Chemical Engineering, of all things.
